I've been going to Doctors at Macarthur for about a year now. Mel the Practice Manager goes over and beyond to make sure that you are looked after. She has a calming and empathetic nature that always makes me feel at ease and cared for especially at times where I have felt anxious and overwhelmed. Mel is very kind and compassionate and understands the stress that a person can undergo when dealing with sensitive medical issues that could be serious. She is a real asset to this Medical Practice.

I had one of the best experiences ever last week with Mel (the practice manager) who bent over backwards to ensure that I got the medical attention I needed and my requirements met. She was an absolute angel and her customer service was next level. It is amazing how a little bit of kindness and care goes along way these days.

I see other reviews and I guess each to their own, however my experience was very professional. I needed to get a work form signed and so forth, the receptionist had a caring nature and was very bubbly and professional. Dr Nat was very thorough with my check up and went in to full detail about information and asked a lot of questions seeming genuinely interested in my health. I don't live in Brisbane however I needed a quick and easy bulk billing doctor and these guys were very accommodating. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you for your excellent service!

Been seeing Dr James for few times, very professional, always on time and very efficient. He also gives health recommendation after my blood test results come back, which other GP do not do. The location is strategist too and easy to find.

If you are looking for a fantastic medical centre with bulk billing, you should definitely come to Doctors @ MacArthur Central. I’ve had such a wonderful experience! The practice manager Mel was super lovely and helpful. Every time her smile would make you feel so warm and you could completely trust her. She handled all my queries extremely well with attentiveness, knowledge, care, professionalism and efficiency. When I was very anxious about finding a proper care plan of physiotherapy for my back pain, she went out of her way to help me and referred me to the right staff in the practice. Then Tessa, a super nice nurse, well understood my needs, provided me with all the necessary information and arranged everything for me so I was in good hands. I was so amazed by her high-quality service and how well she took care of everything - she made great effort to find me a good physio at my convenience. It was such a stress free and efficient process for me. I was super impressed by the quality of services provided by Mel and Tessa. It was really a marvelous experience! A huge THANKYOU to their help and guidance - my appreciation is beyond words. I would highly recommend this medical centre to anyone who needs medical appointments.

I would like to compliment the Receptionist Mel. Nothing is ever a bother to her. Friendly and efficient. Always goes the extra mile for the clients with information and assisting with appointments. Very friendly and approachable and in this day and age that is what every business needs. Someone who is efficient and friendly and genuinely cares.

I've gone since before the refurbishment me the vibe is science and positive attitude! Perfect to help me keep working on my health rather than leave it till last priority. Plus the personality of the practice itself makes it feel boutique. Just love it!!

Very busy and professionally run practice. Medical staff and admin are some of the best in Brisbane in my opinion. I’ve visited quite a few times, once without an appt and they just slotted me in with minimal wait time. I highly recommend this practice.
